What should I do? I use a Lecigon pump, and my hands shake a lot, especially at night when I’m reading a book. I shake a lot in the evening, but I don’t shake when I’m asleep.

So, do you shake more in the evening than during the day? If so, it sounds as though your dose is a little too low in the evening. And perhaps you’ve turned off the pump whilst reading your book? Otherwise, you might have to try to find a way to read without holding the book. /Dag Nyholm
