I’m assuming that you have Parkinson’s? So it sounds like a so-called dystonia cramp in your arm. But the fact that your leg has these single-step spasms doesn’t sound like dystonia, but more like what’s called sleep myoclones, especially if they happen when you’re asleep and that you wake up from them. You can talk to your neurologist about a possible increase in pramipexol, or other optimization of Parkinson’s treatment.
