Over-mobility is due to too much levodopa, so you’ve done quite well trying to take tighter but smaller doses, but maybe you’re taking the doses a little too tight now – you might, in consultation with your neurologist, be able to slip the doses out in about half an hour or so. The risk is, of course, that you’ll get a dose bump between doses instead, but it’s not safe. If it continues to be difficult to control with treatment, it’s time to start thinking about what’s called “smart/advanced” treatment, i.e. DBS or something.
