There are three different (equivalent) memory-enhancing medicines, one of which comes in patch form. (Please note that this patch contains rivastigmine/Exelon and not rotigotine/Neupro, which is a Parkinson’s medicine.) There are no other medicines to add, but Parkinson’s medicines can have some effect on memory function, so it is advisable to ensure these medicines are adjusted as effectively as possible to support mobility. Another factor that may affect memory to some extent is low blood pressure and drops in blood pressure. It may be worth checking your blood pressure whilst lying down and standing up, just to be on the safe side. /Dag Nyholm
