I take Stalevo and wonder if the medicine ‘wears off’ more quickly when I’m physically active than when I’m resting. Sometimes it feels as though the effect of the medicine leaves the body more quickly when I exercise?

Yes, many people experience this. In such cases, it may help to take a little extra levodopa whilst being active, e.g. in the form of ‘standard’ 50 mg tablets, or another type of extra dose, such as an inhalation or injection. /Dag Nyholm
