I have suddenly developed pain in my left hip; could this be related to Parkinson’s disease? I used to be very active – playing golf, going to the gym, etc. I have no pain when resting.

Sudden pain in one hip should be investigated at your local GP surgery. For example, hip osteoarthritis is very common. /Dag Nyholm
