First and foremost, it is important that you are on the best possible Parkinson’s medication. Some people find that depot levodopa at night can be helpful. Long-acting medicines that are taken just once a day also work at night. When it comes to other types of medication, we do need to take your kidney failure into account, but there are medicines that calm the bladder and others that reduce urine production at night, and of course there are sleep aids.
