Blood pressure drops are quite common in Parkinson’s disease, so I guess you’ve measured your blood pressure during exercise so you’re sure it’s going to drop. Socks don’t usually help much, but try to drink properly before exercise, preferably along with some salt to “bind” the fluid (and thus raise your blood pressure). There are also blood pressure medications that you might need if you have typical blood pressure drops.
